1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain types of products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

Gift cards or downloadable digital products

2. Return Process

Our support team will confirm whether your item qualifies and provide return instructions.

Once approved, please send the item back to our UK returns address (provided in the email).

You will receive a confirmation once we’ve received and inspected the item.
Please do not return any items to the manufacturer.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider first — processing times may vary.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@proretaildiscount.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement after reviewing your request.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos of the issue and your order number.

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
