At Pro Retail Discount, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely.
Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy below to understand how we handle dispatch, delivery times, tracking, and lost or delayed parcels.


1. Dispatch Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there’s a delay due to high demand or stock issues, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.


2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We use trusted UK and international couriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • Evri (Hermes)

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

European Union 5–10 business days
International 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or weather conditions.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, total order weight, and selected shipping method.

Free Standard UK Shipping is available on all orders over £70.
For orders below this threshold, the applicable delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the UK):

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs authority.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.


6. Late or Lost Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest updates.

  2. Confirm the delivery address on your order confirmation email.

  3. Contact your local postal office or delivery depot if the parcel is marked as delivered but not received.

If your parcel still hasn’t arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date, contact us at hello@proretaildiscount.com.
We’ll open an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please allow up to 10 business days for investigation and resolution.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional re-delivery fees may apply in such cases.


8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@proretaildiscount.com.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and item.

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
