5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
5.1. We will deliver products to the address you specify at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
5.2. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified.
5.3. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery when addresses are incorrect or deliveries are missed.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.2. Refunds (where applicable) will generally be processed using the same payment method used to place the order, unless otherwise agreed.
6.3. We may deduct shipping costs, restocking fees or other applicable charges as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
